During our two days of travel we had nothing but brilliant weather. The following photos don't do justice to the beauty and serenity of this part of Northern Norway. Our hosts, Inger Lise and Jussi, are easy-going, sweet people, which made the stay there absolutely enjoyable.
The cabin features a sauna, which Tove and I used nightly. It was extremely relaxing. We want one!
While we were at the cabin, we took side-trips into the surrounding mountains and fished every day. Our last day, we went swimming in the fjord.

| Sunset around 11:30 PM. In the background is an iron ore boat bound for Narvik. Narvik is the main port for iron ore mined in Kiruna, Sweden. There is a railroad connecting the mines with the port. |
