We flew from Trondheim to San Francisco on May 8, 2014, in large part to attend the 40th anniversary of those of us who attended university in Norway through UC's Education Abroad Program. Amazingly, 20 of the 22 students who spent the full year abroad in Norway (2 others quit before the fall semester started) attended the reunion in Napa. One of our members who did not attend was there in spirit, as she was too ill to attend. Very sadly, we learned that Rebecca passed away on May 29, 2014.
The reunion started on Saturday, May 10 with a luncheon at
Trinchero Napa Valley in St. Helena.
The food and wine were delicious, the weather perfect, and seeing friends we haven't seen in 40 years . . . indescribable.

On Sunday, we got together at Jack London State Historic Park in Sonoma County. Bruce organized a picnic lunch with delicious food through a local catering deli.
