Updates

My absence from the blogosphere is not for lack of anything to write.  It's mostly due to a bad shoulder and forearm for which I had treatment in January and part of February, including injections in my shoulder joint and forearm muscles.  Alas, it has not improved and I think that I need to follow up with an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon soon.
